GovNet is a flagship initiative of the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) designed to provide a secure, reliable, and high-speed internet infrastructure exclusively for government offices across the Philippines. It forms the digital backbone of the government’s internal and inter-agency communications, enabling efficient, cost-effective, and integrated public service delivery.
Objectives of GovNet
