Electronic Local Government Unit (eLGU)
The eLGU System is a component of DICT’s eGOV Super App, a centralized platform designed to expedite and enhance the provision of government services related to civil registry, business permit, and community taxes.
The Bicol Region continues to advance its digital governance initiatives through the adoption of the eLGU System. As of today, 70 out of 114 local government units (LGUs) have embraced the platform, reflecting a strong commitment to streamlined, technology-driven public service delivery. This includes 10 LGUs from Albay, 12 from Camarines Norte, 17 from Camarines Sur, 6 from Catanduanes, 15 from Masbate, and 10 from Sorsogon. This growing adoption signals a significant regional shift toward more efficient, transparent, and citizen-centric local governance.
